The standard production time is 20-25 working days. We work on a prepaid basis, taking into account the maximum personalization of jewelry (independent choice of configuration and design, individual engraving and size).
After agreeing with the manager on all the details of the individual order, you can make an advance payment in the amount of 50% of the cost of the product. Advance payment can be made by non-cash payment using bank details or through the PayPal service.
After your order is ready, you can pay the remaining amount of the price of the product also by non-cash payment using bank details, through the PayPal service, or by cash on delivery upon receipt of the product at the post office.

- address delivery
- international delivery
Delivery of gold jewelry to any Nova Poshta branch throughout Ukraine is free.
Please note that Nova Poshta charges a fee of 2% of the amount of the transfer + UAH 20 for the cash-on-delivery service.
Exchange, return and service
The guarantee is provided only for jewelry made of gold. The warranty does not apply to silver products and fabric jewelry. The warranty is valid for 3 years from the date of order. Warranty service includes:
- elimination of defects caused by the fault of the manufacturer
- repair of minor damage in the presence of all elements of the decoration and preservation of the integrity of its form (breakage of the chain, disconnection of the element of decoration if it is present, defects of the clasp or magnet)
- possibility of free cleaning
Warranty service is also provided for an additional fee if textile or leather elements need to be replaced, the decoration has defects or damage caused by improper use or careless handling (impacts, dents, mechanical damage to the chain, significant deformation of the product, loss of decoration elements, falling out precious stones, etc.).
According to Cabinet Resolution No. 172: Jewelry made of precious metals, precious stones, precious stones of organogenic formation, and semi-precious stones is included in goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return).

- In the case of choosing an ornament for an amount smaller than the face value, the difference will not be returned to the Owner.
- When choosing jewelry for an amount exceeding the nominal value, the Owner makes an additional payment.
